However the fact that it is not offered to the North American market results in more problems than the lack of 3G network. Stumbling upon a cracked camera lens in my headset (I don't even recall dropping it), I found out that Nokia will not provide any replacement parts or repair service for this model in this part of the world. As well, the fact that you can only buy this phone overseas voids the warranty once the device is shipped off, since the warranty will only be honoured in the original country of sale. Thank you Nokia, for making my somewhat costly phone be totally worthless in North America! N82 is definitely one of the best phones Nokia has to offer.
